Our Lead Discovery group is seeking a RA in Compound Management. This individual will be responsible for the execution of the day to day procedures necessary to accomplish the business critical function of compound management. This includes compound plating, inventory management and utilization of laboratory robotics. This individual will be critical to daily operations as well as troubleshooting process design to support the drug discovery programs in an automated environment.
The Biomarker Researcher will be responsible for the implementation and interpretation of biomarkers in the clinical development of Constellation’s portfolio of novel compounds. The incumbent will guide the implementation and interpretation of biomarkers used to assess a compound’s pharmacodynamic effects in patients and of biomarkers used to guide the selection of patients most likely to benefit from treatment. S/He will be responsible for coordinating and managing biomarker work with external vendors and academic laboratories conducted on behalf of/in collaboration with Constellation. While this individual will be primarily responsible for biomarker implementation and interpretation in the clinic, s/he will work closely with Constellation’s research organization responsible for biomarker discovery and provide guidance regarding the utility and feasibility of candidate biomarkers in the clinic.
We are seeking an individual with a background in drug development who will support the development of mechanistic in vitro assays to discover, evaluate, validate and characterize the immunomodulatory potential of epigenetic targets and small molecule compounds. The successful candidate will provide immuno-oncology representation in drug discovery programs, present at internal meetings, and will have the opportunity to publish work in peer-reviewed journals.
